What does a business coach can do for you, the CEO / President or owner? Our role at BCS Business Coaching Solutions Corp. at is to guide you and your team expand your management skills, find your own solutions to current challenges and set your company on a sustainable growth path.

Through regular meetings (weekly or bi-weekly or monthly plus quarterly and Annual planning sessions, most of time face-to-face at your premises or video conferences) with you alone and/or with your leadership team to review your current activities and guide you to develop your customized systematic approaches based on a variety of world class processes (Scaling Up, Metronomics/3HAG Way and many others from well recognized business thought-leaders). At BCS we offer a variety of services for small, medium and large businesses including Strategy development, leadership individual and/or team coaching, sales training, and much more. We strive to help business leaders and their teams expand their management skills, become accountable of their own decisions & guide them to Scale Up their business.

Our principal, Juan Folch, was raised in 4 very different cultures (French, Hispanic, Swiss and Canadian) worked for 30 years in many different countries, coaching different types of businesses; also, he is fluent in 4 languages. Such background allows Juan to bring out the full potential of his clients from his understanding and approach of many different executive leaders' styles.
